Adult swimming lessons are a great way to gain confidence in the water and live a healthier lifestyle. Whether you’ve never learned to swim, never been a great swimmer or simply haven’t swam in a while, we’re here to help.
Our SwimMore programme helps adults gain confidence in the water, whilst beginning to learn to skills to manoeuvre comfortably in the water. Our team have knowledge of a variety of health conditions and can advise how best to stay active for recovery and improved physical and mental health.
