We hope you have all been keeping active during this second lockdown and that you and your families are safe and well. Following the government’s announcement and confirmation that our local area will be placed into Tier 3 once lockdown ends, we’d like to outline exactly what that means for each of our activities.
Yesterday’s government announcement really wasn’t the news any of us wanted to hear, or were expecting, and unfortunately the new restrictions mean our centres will close from Thursday 5th November

Tees Active were delighted to be a part of the Great British Week of Sport to help unite and empower the country towards improving the nations health through sport and exercise.
With colder weather and the flu season just around the corner, we are helping to encourage smokers in our community to take up the 28-day Stoptober challenge by providing helpful tips and advice. There’s never been a better time to quit!
