For the fourth year, the Member Experience Awards took place on the 3rd October in Solihull in conjunction with the industry’s very first Customer Experience Summit to reward and recognise operators who consistently deliver a high standard of member experience.

The annual event evaluates the ongoing customer feedback of leisure providers who operate a customer experience measuring system. Across all categories, the winners are determined by the operators who scored highly for the year.
