Situated within a Billingham business park this dedicated health and fitness facility offers safe, secure and pleasant surroundings only a short distance from Billingham Forum. Exclusive car parking facilities are available free of charge, cycle storage is available and the business park is easily accessible by public transport. This facility will offer health & fitness services predominatly for adults and young people (12-16 years only as part of our Teen Activ8 programme).

Our 50-station Technogym takes pride of place on the ground floor of the new facility, with its own designated cardio, resistance, free weight and abdominal/stretch area. A fresh and contemporary environment surrounds the modern and spacious gym floor.

This facility will continue to offer the Forum's comprehensive fitness class programme, which caters for all exercise levels at different times throughout the day. Classes are available in our ground floor studio for Active+ activities, Hi/Lo aerobics, Step classes and Bums&Tums. A first floor studio will accommodate the popular Spinning classes and the smaller structured classes such as Pilates.
