Working in conjunction with Jobcentre Plus and Eden Training Academy, Tees Active can offer individuals aged 19+ receiving unemployment benefits a free 4 week bespoke pre-employment training programme to help improve job prospects. The programme covers a wide range of areas providing a great pathway to gain valuable work experience, essential skills, and qualifications. Following completion of the 4 week programme participants will be guaranteed an interview with Tees Active.
The Sector Based Work Academy Programme (SWAP) programme is available for individuals aged 19+, who receive unemployment benefits, and are a Tees Valley Resident.
