Please see the relevant activity booking information below. Please ensure you bring your voucher with you when you attend and hand in at reception. Please check the expiry date on the voucher as you will not be permitted access after the expiry date. Please also check to see how many participants the voucher is for. Family vouchers are valid for 1 adult and 3 children or 2 adults and 2 children.

Swimming
To book you can contact the relevant venue and book over the phone (click here for venue contact information) or you can book at reception. Alternatively you can just turn up at the time you wish to attend (subject to availability). Please see session times here.

Ice Skating
For ice skating you can just turn up at the time you wish to attend (subject to availability). Please see session times here.

GoClimb
To book your climbing session you may have been given a unique voucher promotion code which will discount your visit. Please check session times and book online here and enter your promotion code when prompted. You can also book over the phone (click here for venue contact information) or you can book at Billingham Forum reception.

Air Trail
To book your high ropes session you may have been given a unique voucher promotion code which will discount your visit. Please check session times and book online here and enter your promotion code when prompted. You can also book over the phone (click here for venue contact information).

Watersports
To book your watersports session you may have been given a unique voucher promotion code which will discount your visit. Please check session times and book online here and enter your promotion code when prompted. You can also book over the phone (click here for venue contact information).

Zero Tolerance

Our staff endeavour to provide the best service possible and this is appreciated by the majority of our customers. They have the right to work in a safe environment. Anyone who verbally or physically abuses a member of staff may be excluded from all Tees Active managed facilities and can expect to be dealt with by the Police and prosecuted where appropriate.

A CHARITABLE leisure trust has been awarded a national accreditation for enabling people with long-term health conditions to access four swimming pools on Teesside. Tees Active, which manages leisure venues and activities in partnership with Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, has become the latest organisation to achieve Swim England’s ‘Water Wellbeing’ standard.
