Following a visit from the Office for Standards in Education (Ofsted) in December, Tree Tops gained an ‘outstanding’ rating in all areas. The report stated, “Children show they feel special, safe, valued and supported by staff in the nursery. Teaching is focused on helping children make the best possible progress while they are engrossed in enjoyable, stimulating activities.
Staff are dedicated to helping children develop high levels of independence and confidence. Leaders and the staff team show the highest levels of commitment and dedication to supporting children and their families. The provision is outstanding.”
Facility Manager of Thornaby Pavilion, Dave Seller, explained “we are delighted to receive this recognition from Ofsted for the second time in a row. It is testament to the hard work of our childcare team who create a welcoming, friendly and conducive learning environment for all of our children.”
Managing Director of Tees Active, Leon Jones, added “Ofsted is the quality mark that parent’s look for when choosing an education provider and the process explores a wide range of important criteria to determine the overall performance.
