Our current scratch cards shown below are valid from 1st April 2025 to 31st December 2025 – you must use your scratch card before 31st December 2025.
Expired scratch cards will not be accepted or transferred. If you have a scratch card that does not look like below these will not be accepted.
All scratch cards must be redeemed at the relevant venue reception in person and cannot be redeemed online. Please see the relevant information below.
Swimming
For swimming please arrive at the session you wish to attend (subject to availability) Swimming sessions regularly have good availability however prior booking is available at reception. Please see session times here.
Activ8 Health & Fitness
For day Activ8 Health & Fitness day passes please arrive at the venue you wish to use your day pass and hand your scratch card in to reception.
Ice Skating
For ice skating please arrive at the session you wish to attend (subject to availability) No booking is required but sessions the vast majority of time have availability. Please see session times here.
GoClimb
For GoClimb sessions we recommend booking at Billingham Forum reception prior to the day you wish to attend in order to guarantee your space. If you arrive on the day you wish to attend spaces will be subject to availability. You can check session times and availability here.
Air Trail
For Air Trail sessions we recommend booking at Air Trail or Tees Barrage reception prior to the day you wish to attend in order to guarantee your space. If you arrive on the day you wish to attend spaces will be subject to availability. You can check session times and availability here.
Adventure Play
For adventure play sessions at Billingham Forum or IB Leisure please arrive at the session you wish to attend (subject to availability) Adventure play sessions regularly have good availability however prior booking is available at reception. Please see session times here.

FREE Activ8 health & Fitness Day Pass: Passes are only available on the day of your visit and expire on the same day. Passes are available for ages 16+ ONLY. Free day passes include access to the gym and swimming. day passes do not include access to fitness classes. No gym induction is required for day passes however it is essential that you watch our safety induction video.
General: Tees Active reserve the right to deny access for any reason and without prior notice. All activities are subject to availability. Tees Active accept no responsibility for lost or stolen cards. Tees Active No cash alternative. Can only be redeemed against the stated activity. Expires 31st December 2025 as stated on the scratch card. Claims must be made by a responsible adult aged 16+.
Scratch cards can only be redeemed against the activity stated on the front of the card and cannot be traded for a different activity or cash alternative.
If your card is damaged but the text is still visible we can accept your scratch card. unfortunately if you have lost your scratch card these can not be replaced.
