We’re celebrating National Fitness Day 2024!
National Fitness Day is back for 2024 and Tees Active are once again joining in the celebrations to encourage as many people as possible to partake in some physical activity and get involved with the campaign. In 2023, the National Fitness Day campaign held by ukactive inspired more than 10 million people across the UK to be active and this year they’re looking to beat it!
Carried over from last year the theme for 2024 is ‘Your Health is for Life‘, highlighting that it’s the small steps and consistent routine that can have a big impact on your overall health. At Tees Active, our mission is to invest every penny to build active and healthy communities, empowering the people of Stockton-on-Tees and beyond to enjoy the abundance of health benefits associated with leading an active and healthy lifestyle, so the health for life theme is one which we’re proud to continue to champion.
To celebrate the event, we’ve got some exciting offers running across our venues throughout the day on Wednesday 18th September.
