Member Experience Awards Success
The annual Fitronics Member Experience Awards were held on 17th November in Nottingham, where Tees Active scooped a number of awards in the Leisure Trust category. IB Leisure won gold and Billingham Forum, Splash and Thornaby Pool all achieved silver awards.
The annual event evaluates the ongoing feedback of leisure providers across the globe, from the USA to Australia, who operate the NPS® customer experience measuring system. Across all categories, the winners are determined by the operators who scored highly on Net Promoter Score® for the year
