We teach over 2,000 children to swim each week, let us teach yours

Junior Swim Fit

Reaching the end of Learn to Swim is a huge achievement, but it doesn’t have to be the end of your child’s swimming journey.

Our Junior Swim Fit sessions are perfect for young swimmers who have successfully completed all the stages of the Learn to Swim programme and are eager to keep progressing. Designed as a fun, no pressure next step, these sessions allow children to continue enjoying the water in a relaxed, supportive environment and without the pressure of competitive swimming or joining a club. Sessions are guided by experienced instructors who support each child’s personal goals, whether that’s improving technique, getting fitter, or simply enjoying time in the water.

Why keep swimming after Learn to Swim?

Swimming is an enjoyable and rewarding activity whatever your age that offers a variety of health benefits. Continuing to swim regularly helps maintain and build on the skills they’ve worked so hard to achieve. The Junior Swim Fit programme gives young swimmers the chance to build strength, stamina and confidence in the water whilst enjoying the structure of a weekly routine.

It’s the perfect next step for young swimmers ready to stay active, stay confident, and keep swimming for fun.
