We know that things are a bit confusing at the moment, with COVID guidelines changing often. So that you know what’s in store when you come swimming in a Tees Active pool and to help you make the most out of your time with us, we’ve put together a list of FAQs which should answer all of your questions. We are delighted to remain open and be able to provide our community with physical activities, our visitor and staff safety is of the upmost importance to us and together, we can safely stay active.

Our Commitment to You

Important Information

Stay at Home

If you have any symptoms or are feeling unwell, we ask that you cancel your session and stay at home to protect our staff and customers.

Online Booking

From 19th July, online bookings remain but walk-ins will be accepted subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Hand Sanitising

We have positioned hand santising stations a the entrance to every venue and within each activity area. Please use them regularly throughout your visit.

Enhanced Cleaning

We have enhanced our cleanig regime and ask that all customers wipe down any surfaces with the available cleaning products before and after use.

Follow Signage

We have installed signage and some areas operate a one-way system. Please be mindful of others at all times and follow social distancing guidance.

Respect Our Staff

Our teams are doing everything they can the ensure everyone can enjoy keeping active in a safe way. Please be patient and understanding.

Use Contactless

When possible we ask that you use contactless payment methods to avoid handling cash.

Face Coverings

From 19th July, face coverings are optional for visitors across our venues.

Swimming Timetable

For swimming sessions during the summer period we strongly recommend that you pre-book and pay online in advance to avoid disappointment. Session spaces are limited and you will not be permitted entry if there is no space in a session when you arrive at the venue without booking.
