I've lost my Leisure Saver card, how do I go about getting a replacement?
Simply pop into one of the Active Life Centres and they will issue you with a new card (at a cost of £2.00) - there's no paperwork to fill in, as we already have your details on record.
What types of membership do you offer?

Do you cater for absolute beginners?
Yes! A high percentage of our users are complete beginners - so you will not be alone in wanting to get into shape. A wide variety of support programmes are also available to get you started.
How often will I need to visit to benefit my health?
Three or more times a week is the general recommendation, however this does not take into account individuals circumstances and goals.
The truth is every little bit helps, particularly when combining healthy eating with a more active lifestyle. We like to be realistic and our advisors can help you schedule regular visits of a lesser duration if required.
How do I get started?
Either pop into one of the identified Active Life Centres or call us to arrange a suitable time to ensure one of our advisors is available.
What age do you have to be to join the gym?
All senior members must be sixteen or over to use the activ8 facilities at peak times. However we do run junior sessions at varying times at all of our sites! Check out the class timetables for Teenactiv8 times.
Are your staff suitably qualified for their roles?
Yes. All staff at each Active Life Centre is well qualified to perform their chosen role. We also provide specialised training where appropriate e.g. Active Start
Can I use my Leisure Saver Card and gym membership in any Active Life Centre?
Yes.
