Double Delight

Most of the boys started playing football at the Billingham Forum soccer school when they were aged 5 and many are still attending to this day. The boys have remained unbeaten all season and in the cup final held at Middlesbrough FC training complex at Hurworth triumphed over Darlington 21st Allstars.
In the final a brace of goals by Callum James resulted in team captain Liam Travers lifting the league trophy after a tense 2-0 victory. Team manager Colin “the special one” Tonks said “This season could not have gone any better and I would like to thank all the lads in the squad who have worked so hard for their success this season. We all went to the TJFA presentation evening last week held at the Riverside Stadium and had a fantastic evening which I am sure the lads will remember for a long time.”
The coach at Billingham Forum soccer school Allan McDermott said “The boys have been a real pleasure to coach and their improvement each year is testament to their hard work. I am sure the boys will continue to improve and more importantly continue to enjoy their football.”
