- The entrance at Splash and access to the changing village has an automatic entrance door
- One side of recption has a lower counter
- All changing facilities and pools are accessible by wheelchair
- The main pool has a pool hoist which is available to use at any session (Must bring own helper)
- Disabled changing room operates 'Radar' lock system.
- Shower in disabled changing room with seat and hand railings.
