Our cabins are available for hire at very reasonable rates. They can comfortably accommodate (bunk house style) up to six people per cabin. Each has two bedrooms, a shower room with WC. Supplied with a Kettle, Microwave, toaster, sink & fridge, plus a living area with two sofa’s.
Available all year round (yes!, they have heaters!) These cabins offer the paddler the chance to paddle on guaranteed challenging water, plus, why not try out the local area for great river paddling or the coast for some fabulous surfing. Comfortably and practically furnished they are ideal for families, clubs or teams to base themselves at Teesside for an evening or weekends visit. Situated right next to the waters edge, hopping on and off the water takes just seconds.
The following rates apply per person and are for each night booked. (A minimum charge of £30 per night is applied for each cabin booked if less than two persons are staying.)

Cost Without Linen Hire £15.00 per person per night This includes all parking, electricity and mains water charges. |

Linen Hire £5.00 per person per night Linen hire comprises of :1 x single duvet, 1 x pillow, 1 x single duvet cover, 1 x pillow case, 1 x single sheet. |
NB The cabins and their local environs are dedicated as totally non-smoking.
To accommodate dog owners, one cabin is available to book, this allows one dog to be booked in at a cost of £5.00 per night.
