Booking Information
- Waterproofs, buoyancy aids and helmets where applicable are provided by the centre.
- A fifty pence piece (returnable) for the lockers is required if you wish to use them.
- If parking at the centre you will need a parking ticket, issued at reception for the duration of your visit. This is free to all customers and must be displayed in your windscreen. You can park anywhere along the side of the river or in the Mecca Bingo car parks with one of these tickets. Please note the centre will not be held responsible for any damage to vehicles or vehicles contents whilst at the centre.
- A complete change of clothing is required; including footwear you don’t mind getting wet for each and every visit. Please do not wear jeans or Wellington boots for courses at the centre as when they are wet the have the tendency to be uncomfortable and weigh people down in the water.
- Please note that your booking times are set as stated and cannot be changed without prior notice. Instructors are often needed to prepare for following groups and are required to sign you out of the facility at the stated times.
- Parental consent forms are required for all people under the age of 18 EXCEPT schools groups.
- If you wish to take photographs whilst at the centre please request a photographic consent form for each child to return to the centre.
- Please advise the centre on any medical considerations that may affect you whilst at the centre on your booking form.
